SortifAI ("we", "our", or "us") is an AI-powered file organization service operated by SortifAI LLC, a Delaware corporation. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our service at sortifai.com.

When you use SortifAI, we collect:

• Account information — your name, email address, and profile picture, provided via Google OAuth when you sign in.
• Google Drive metadata — file names, folder structures, MIME types, and modification dates, used exclusively to generate organization recommendations. We do not read the contents of your files.
• Usage data — operations performed, feature usage, and session activity, collected to improve our service.
• Payment information — processed securely by Stripe. We do not store card numbers or payment credentials.

SortifAI requests access to your Google Drive in order to:

• Read your folder and file structure to build an organization graph.
• Suggest and apply renaming, sorting, and folder restructuring operations.
• Detect and surface duplicate or misplaced files.

We access Google Drive only with your explicit authorization and only to perform operations you initiate. We do not share, sell, or transfer your Drive data to any third party. You can revoke this access at any time via your Google Account permissions.

SortifAI's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

• To provide and improve the SortifAI service.
• To authenticate your identity and manage your account.
• To process subscription payments and credit purchases.
• To send transactional emails (account confirmations, receipts).
• To analyze aggregate usage patterns and improve our AI models.

We do not use your data for advertising purposes.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Drive metadata used for analysis is processed in real time and is not stored permanently on our servers. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at contact@sortifai.com.

We share your data only with the following third-party services, solely to operate SortifAI:

• Google — authentication and Drive API access.
• Stripe — payment processing.
• Resend — transactional email delivery.
• Google Cloud Platform — hosting and database infrastructure.

We do not sell your personal data.

We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, secure session management, and least-privilege access to Google APIs. Access tokens are stored securely and never logged.

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction or deletion of your data.
• Revoke Google Drive access at any time.
• Export your data in a portable format.
• Opt out of non-essential communications.
